Job Description:


Sir Paints a Lot is seeking a motivated and eager Entry-Level Painter to join our team on various residential painting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch results. As an Entry-Level Painter, you will receive on-the-job training and gain valuable experience in painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing touches, all while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and applying primer.

  • Learn and apply painting techniques using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

  • Support the painting team in ensuring all work meets quality standards and client specifications.

  • Perform touch-ups and repairs as directed to maintain a flawless finish.

  • Maintain clear and open communication with clients, project managers, and team members.

  • Help manage and care for painting equipment and materials.

  • Uphold safety standards and protocols to create a safe working environment.

  • Address and resolve any minor issues or challenges that arise during the painting process.

  • Participate in final inspections and touch-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • No prior painting experience required; a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.

  • Basic knowledge of painting materials and techniques is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Any previous experience in painting or related fields is a plus but not required.
