Job Description:

Sir Paints a Lot is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee our residential painting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous planner, an effective communicator, and a problem solver with a passion for delivering high-quality results. You will play a key role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage multiple residential painting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.

• Coordinate and schedule work with clients, contractors, and in-house teams.

• Conduct initial project assessments, estimate costs, and develop detailed project plans and timelines.

• Oversee daily operations of painting projects, ensuring adherence to plans, safety standards, and quality expectations.

• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

• Lead and motivate the painting team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that could impact project delivery.

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and final project evaluations.

• Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or home improvement industry, preferably in residential painting.

• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety regulations.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field OR

• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in the construction or residential painting industry.
